We cover Windows, Linux and Apple Mac servers and we don’t charge extra or limit the times we can visit you – you can be assured that your monthly fee covers you for all your support labour costs.
Our server monthly support contract includes:
- Proactive monitoring & maintenance of your server
- Full auditing and inventory
- Server and Network administration services for your business
- Installation of any security patches
- Troubleshooting any day to day problems you have with the server
- Unlimited telephone, remote or on-site support for the server
- Monthly testing for server and network vulnerabilities with patching.
Desktop Support
Our desktop support contracts come with unlimited telephone, email, remote and on-site support.
We cover Windows, Linux and Apple Mac desktop computers and we don’t charge extra or limit the times we can visit you – you can be assured that your monthly fee covers you for all your support labour costs.
Included with our desktop support packages:
- Unlimited support by telephone, email, remote desktop or on-site
- Anti-Virus for your workstation
- Remote access to your office PC (e.g. working from home)
- Configuration of the PC and connecting to the network.
- Full auditing and inventory
- Installation of service packs, security patches and software updates.
- IT Helpdesk for all your staff to use anytime during working hours at no extra cost.
Backups and DR protection
Sadly, often a business will only find out how good their backup systems are when they need them in an emergency,
With our fully managed online backup solution, we can offer you total peace of mind.
We will ensure your systems are backed up and work with you to implement the best backup and disaster recovery startegy
